For Meetings or Trainings that are more appropriately hosted in a venue other than a hotel meeting room we have partnered with the Executive Conference and Training Centers in Dulles/Sterling and Tysons Corner for the perfect meeting and training solution.

Green Meetings

All of our hotels are proud to be leading the way in making our planet “greener.” Each hotel offers a “Green Meeting” package that focuses on sustainability, recycling, and reducing the amount of products that we use. The Executive Conference and Training Center Dulles (ECTC Dulles)

In recognition that hotel meeting space is not always the most appropriate space for you training or meetings we have partnered with the purpose built Executive Conference and Training Center to provide an alternative. This purpose built facility has over 10,000 square feet of meeting space that is perfect for Trainings and Meetings that need to be distraction free. ECTC Dulles is purposely built to meet the strict specifications to become an IACC (International Association of Conference Centers) certified property.

The Holiday Inn Dulles Airport

The Holiday Inn Dulles Airport is a full service hotel located just two miles from Dulles Airport that is perfect especially if you have guests flying in from out of town! Our complimentary airport shuttle, that makes runs every half hour, will not only take you to and from Dulles but will also take you and your guests to local businesses and restaurants on request.

The Holiday Inn has over 4,400 square feet of flexible meeting space that can be custom fit to your group's exact needs. Our dedicated and experienced catering team will make any event that you are hosting absolutely perfect from the most elegant weddings to a personal boardroom style meeting.

The Hampton Inn & Suites Dulles Airport

Our Hampton Inn & Suites Dulles Airport is a newly built hotel just 2 miles from Dulles Airport. This fantastic select service hotel has more than 3,600 square feet of meeting space and a dedicated catering team to ensure your event is a total success. The Hampton Inn & Suites Dulles also has an airport and local area shuttle that runs 24 hours a day. We also provide out guests with a complimentary hot breakfast buffet every morning to start your day off right!

Hampton Inn Dulles Cascades

Located just of Rt. 7 in Virginia and about 9 miles from Dulles Airport the Hampton Inn Dulles/Cascades has a wonderful location. We are close enough to the airport to be a convenient location for people flying into the area and we also run a complimentary airport shuttle to and from Dulles Airport. Hampton Inn Dulles/Cascades is in the Cascades market place that has many great restaurants and stores all within walking distance of the hotel!

Our 1,600 square feet of meeting space is perfect for smaller more personal meetings, up to 32 people, and comes with a full complement of A/V services as well as a wide range of hot buffet options to choose from for your meeting. With over 1,800 square feet of meeting space the SpringHill Dulles can accommodate groups of up to 90 people and yet is flexible enough to accommodate more intimate smaller groups. Crowne Plaza Tysons Corner

The Crowne Plaza Tyson Corner is one of the premier hotels in Tysons Corner with a location that can't be beat.
